Is anyone starting to have trouble claiming shop cash or it not showing up on your shop app even after you click to claim it and it says that you have new shop cash but when you go to look there’s nothing there?

If you’ve had this issue please let me know what you did to fix it! It seems to be happening to my old account and now even my newer account? But only sometimes not every time….also has anyone tried reaching out to customer service about the free $5 cash gift not showing up is there anything they can do? Thank you :)
