Confusion

I don’t understand what’s being going on with SoPost lately. Sponsored ads show up on social media platforms for me to sign up for their samples and they’ve been rejecting me when they clearly have samples offered to everyone else. A sample I’ve been accepted for in early March still hasn’t arrived at my place of abode when I’m being asked to leave a review for it. Other orders it requests more info for delivery info only to share that it’s out of stock when the order successfully processed well for others. Smh
